De rode ui is een van de 600 verschillende uiensoorten. De ui is een zeer voedzame plant omdat het boordevol voedingsstoffen zit. De dieprode smaakmaker is bijvoorbeeld een goede bron van vezels.
Kenmerken van de rode ui
