Personal data we process

Dr.Blend processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.

Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

• Web browser and device type

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process personal data?

• Dr.Blend analyzes your behavior on the website in order to improve the site and tailor its range of products and services to your preferences;
• Dr.Blend also processes personal data when we are legally required to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.

Automated decision-making

Dr.Blend does make decisions based on automated processing regarding matters that may affect individuals. These are decisions made by computer programs or systems without human intervention (for example, by a Dr.Blend employee). Dr.Blend uses the following computer programs or systems: Mailgun and Mollie Payments. Mailgun is used to send emails to customers so they receive the correct information. Mollie Payments handles payment transactions so that orders can be placed.

How long we retain personal data

Dr.Blend does not retain your personal data for any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Dr.Blend only shares your data with third parties when it is necessary to fulfill our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

View, edit, or delete data

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself through your account’s personal settings. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent you may have given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by our company, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization of your choice.

This is to protect your privacy. Dr.Blend will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks.
